GMM Yachting attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and observes the legal data protection regulations. In the following paragraphs, we would like to explain how we deal with your personal data.

1. Who is responsible?
The responsible body within the meaning of the Data Protection Act is GMM Yachting (German Marine Management Turizm Tic. A.Ş.). The contact details of our data protection officer can be found in paragraph 17.

2. When and for what purpose does GMM Yachting collect personal data?
GMM Yachting collects, stores and processes data only for the express use associated with the business of GMM Yachting. In principle, our website is available to all users without any personal data being collected. You do not have to register to use the website. However, GMM Yachting asks for your personal data if you want to register for one of our personalized services (for example, newsletters, profit games). We only use your personal data to provide you with access to our registered services or to provide invoice services. Your personal data will therefore only be examined, processed and used in accordance with the scope of the contract.

3. Collection of general information
When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information, for example, includes the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider, and the like. This is only basic information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about you personally. This same data is also generated when accessing any other website on the Internet, it is not a specific function of our website only. Information of this kind is collected anonymously and evaluated by us statistically.

4. What data is collected during registration?
When registering for the use of the personalized services of the website, personal data ie: name, contact details, such as telephone numbers and e-mail address are recorded. Depending on the personalized service accessed, additional data such as Company/ business address, business contact data will be recorded. You can also provide additional information, should you wish, such as your particular area of interest.

5. Can I view or change my data after registration?
We will of course always provide you with all the information / personal data we have stored on you or delete it on request (see section 14).

6. What other instances does the personal data, get recorded or processed?
In order to optimize and coordinate communication about our services, with you as a customer, data is collected and stored that you enter, during the registration, use of our website or during communication with us. In the same way as we record e-mail addresses or telephone numbers. For example:

 - Your personal contact information such as name, e-mail address, telephone number;
 - information on your interests;
 - The details you provide about the type of information you would like to receive from us by      e-mail, including newsletters.

We also often receive notifications and read notifications on our e-mails, if your e-mail program supports this function. If you do not want to receive any e-mails from us, you can send us an appropriate message. Then we will contact you only if we are legally obliged to do so.

7. Handling your personal data
Your personal data will be stored by GMM Yachting on a specially protected server in Germany. We take all necessary technical and organisational security measures to store your personal data, in such a way as to protect it against unauthorized access and misuse. These security precautions include, for example, you need to provide proof of your identity before changing your personal data. Our employees are obliged to observe the provisions of the TMG and the BDSG when handling data. To protect the security of your data during transmission, we often use encryption methods (e.g., SSL). Our servers are secured by firewalls. Backup and recovery as well as role and authorization concepts are self-evident for us. GMM Yachting will at no time, without your explicit consent, pass your personal data to third parties, unless GMM Yachting is obliged to do so by law.

8. Use of Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In order to protect the personal data of visitors, IP addresses are recorded abbreviated, so that no personal details can be drawn by an unauthorised visitor. Google will use the information to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators, and to provide other services related to web usage and Internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties, provided this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will not associate the collected information with other data from Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to fully utilize all the functions of our website. By using this website, you agree to the processing of the data about you by Google, in the manner described above and for the aforementioned purposes. 9. Third parties on our website
Our website contains links to internet offers for which GMM Yachting is not responsible. We do not transfer your data to these third parties. We also use systems from third parties and service providers to record the number of visitors to our website. They use their own cookies and comparable technical procedures, to measure the number of visitors more precisely.

10. Facebook buttons
Our web pages use protected plug-ins from the facebook.com network, powered by Facebook Inc., 1601 S California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304 USA ("Facebook"). These plug-ins are recognizable by the Facebook logo or symbol. You will find on our website the following button: "Facebook". Users of our website, on which the Facebook plugin ("Like" button) is installed, are hereby informed that the plugin is connected to Facebook, which means that it will be transferred to your browser so that the plugin appears on the web page. Furthermore, the usage data is passed on to the Facebook servers, which contain information about your website visits on our homepage. For logged in Facebook users, this means that the usage data is assigned to your personal Facebook account. If you are actively using the Facebook plug-in whilst logged-in to Facebook  (for example, by clicking the "Like" button or using the comment feature), this data will be transferred to your Facebook account and published. This can only be stopped by logging out of your Facebook account.

11. Comment Functions
In the framework of the comments function, we collect personal data (for example, name, e-mail address ) only to the extent of your comment or contribution that you have notified us of. When you publish a comment, the email address you provide is saved but not published. Your name will be published if you have not written under pseudonym.

12. Privacy Policy Google Adsense
Our website uses Google Adsense, a web-based advertising service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Adsense uses "cookies" (text files) which are stored on your computer, which allows an analysis of the use of the website by you. Google Adsense also uses "Web Beacons" (small invisible graphics) to gather information. By using the Web Beacons, simple statistics such as visitor traffic can be recorded and collected on the website. The information about your use of this website (including your IP address) generated by the cookies  / Web Beacons is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website with regard to the ads, to compile reports on website activity, ads for website operators, and to provide other services related to web usage and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties, provided this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will in no case provide your IP address with other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being stored on your hard disk and display web beacons by selecting "Do not accept cookies" in your browser settings (in MS Internet Explorer under "Tools> Internet Options> Privacy> Settings"; "Tools> Settings> Privacy> Cookies"); However, we would point out that in this case you may not be able to fully utilize all the functions of our website. By using our website, you agree to the processing of the data collected from you in the manner described above and for the purposes set out above.

13. Privacy Policy of our partners
There are links to partner companies and their offers on certain pages. GMM Yachting expressly points out that these companies usually have their own data protection regulations, on which GMM Yachting has no influence. Any liability or responsibility for the privacy policy of these partner companies is therefore excluded.

14. How long will the data be stored?
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and parsimony. We therefore only save your personal data for as long as is necessary in order to achieve the purposes described herein or for the time period required by the various storage legislators. After the necessary data has been collated or expiration of the storage legislators time period, the collected data will be blocked or deleted in accordance with legal requirements.

15. Your rights to information, rectification, blocking, cancellation and objection
You have the right at any time to obtain information about your personal data stored by GMM Yachting. Also you have the right to rectification, blocking and to the deletion of your personal data, apart from the requisite data storage for business processing. Please contact the GMM Yachting Data Protection Officer. You can make changes or revoke a consent by notifying us, the changes will take effect from the date of your notification.

16. Changes to our Privacy Policies
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy on an occasional basis, so we are always complying with the current legal requirements or if we need to implement changes to our data protection services, e.g. when we introduce new services. This will then mean that on your next visit to the website, you will be subject to the new Privacy Policy.

17. Content
GMM Yachting reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected.
All offers are not-binding and without obligation. Parts of the pages or the complete publication including all offers and information might be extended, changed or partly or completely deleted by GMM Yachting without separate announcement.

18. Copyright
GMM Yachting intended not to use any copyrighted material for the publication or, if not possible, to indicate the copyright of the respective object. The copyright for any material created by GMM Yachting is reserved. Any duplication or use of objects such as images, diagrams, sounds or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the author´s agreement.
